After you have selected your facilitator, your healing journey will unfold in the following steps.
Preparation & Orientation
Your facilitator will:

This session usually lasts approximately two hours and can be completed via Zoom.
Administration Session
You and your facilitator will settle a tranquil and cozy room at a facility of your choice, where you will receive your psilocybin dose.
After consuming the psilocybin, relax to your personalized playlist with a comfortable, soothing eye mask.
This session’s duration will vary based on your dose but is usually 5-6 hours.
Integration Session
Within a day or two, your facilitator will follow up to discuss your administration session.
Together, you will explore ways to incorporate the benefits and insights you experienced during your journey into your daily life.
