How To Set Your Journey in Motion
Your first step will be scheduling a discovery call. Contact us to learn more about each of our facilitators and get connected with one who aligns with your goals.
Once you’ve chosen your facilitator, you will coordinate your journey in the following steps.
1. Prep & Orientation
During this session, your facilitator will review the required paperwork, discuss your intentions and goals, and share guidance on dosing recommendations. The final dosing decision is yours.
Your Preparation and Orientation session typically takes about two hours and will be conducted over Zoom for out-of-area clients.
2. Administration Session
On the day of your session, you’ll get comfortable in a room within a licensed facility of your choice and then receive your psilocybin dose. After consumption, relax with a personalized playlist and soothing eye mask.

Sessions generally last 5- 6 hours, depending on your chosen dose.
3. Integration
After your session, your facilitator will contact you to check in and schedule an integration session.
During this session, you’ll reflect on the insights and benefits of your Portland psilocybin experience and your facilitator will help you explore ways to integrate these into your daily life.
